What You Will Do
As a Project Manager at BluePeak EDM, you will be the central point of contact for our clients, responsible for the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud EDM implementation projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing client expectations and fostering a collaborative environment. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Project Leadership: You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Stakeholder Management: You will be the primary liaison between the client’s project team, our technical and functional consultants, and executive sponsors.
- Scope and Budget Control: You will be responsible for defining the project scope and managing the budget, ensuring all activities are aligned with the project charter.
- Risk Management: You will proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Communication: You will provide regular, transparent updates to both the client and the internal team, including budget vs. actuals reporting and project completion status.
- Team Coordination: You will coordinate the project team’s activities across all phases, from discovery and design to testing and deployment.
- Teamwork Management: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans within our project management system, Teamwork, to ensure all activities are aligned and tracked.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management for enterprise software implementations, with at least 2 years of direct experience with Oracle Cloud EPM or ERP projects.
- Project Management Acumen: You have a deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and can apply them to complex technology projects.
- Teamwork Expertise: Proven experience using Teamwork for project management, including building custom reports, managing project templates, and creating client-facing dashboards.
- Communication: You are an exceptional communicator, with the ability to manage client expectations and provide clear, concise updates to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You have a strong ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions to keep the project on track.
Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment and can work seamlessly with solution architects and functional consultants to ensure a project’s success.
